Privacy policy

The small print, in big letters — like everything about Antonio. Here is what we keep, why, for how long, and how to ask us to delete it.
Who is responsible
Hekima Labs S.L. (Spain) is the data controller. For anything privacy-related, write to contacto@hekimalabs.com.
What data we process
On WhatsApp: your number, your profile name, whatever you tell Antonio (that becomes his notebook: allergies, travel dates, tastes) and the full conversation.
On the web: your email if you leave it for the launch notice, your language, and visit metrics with no cookies and no personal identifiers.
If you ever leave Antonio a tip, the payment is processed by a payment provider: we never see your card.
What we use it for
To provide the service: Antonio remembers what you tell him precisely so he can accompany you well. Also for safety and moderation (blocking abuse), and for the operation and audit of the service itself.
Promotions and statistics
We will only send you news or promotions if you ticked the box when leaving your email — and you can withdraw that consent any time by writing to us.
Service statistics are built on aggregated, anonymized data: numbers that no longer say who you are.
How long we keep it
Conversations and the traveller notebook: automatically deleted 12 months after your last message.
Your email: up to 24 months, or until you ask to leave the list.
Anonymous metrics are kept without limit: they are no longer personal data.
Who it is shared with
Only with the providers Antonio cannot exist without: Meta (WhatsApp), Anthropic (the AI engine), Supabase (database, in the EU) and Vercel (the website).
No restaurant, hotel or advertiser sees your data. We do not sell data. Ever.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. The fast lane: write “delete my data” to Antonio, or email us. We delete your whole conversation and notebook; metrics are anonymized.
If you think we are getting it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Antonio is an AI character. Real-world facts are always verified before he opens his mouth. For real emergencies in Spain, call 112.
